SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

 

PROCESSING: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email within 48 hours of your order.

 

DELIVERY: 6-12 business days after processing. We're a small brand shipping through our supplier network — we tell you the real timeline up front instead of surprising you later.

 

LOST OR STUCK: If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, email hello@taletote.com and we'll reship or refund. Every shipment is covered.
