RETURNS & REFUNDS — THE SHORT VERSION

We keep this simple. You have 60 days from delivery, any reason.

 

FIT ISSUES: If a TaleTote product doesn't fit your player (with its case on), email hello@taletote.com with your player model. Full refund, no return shipment needed.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE: Email a photo within 60 days of delivery. We reship or refund, your choice. No return shipment needed.

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND: Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return together. Once we confirm, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
